You could argue that getting drunk "isn't the same thing" as what I described because its more trivial. But I could easily say going to the store to buy gum is trivial. That doesn't change the fact that people should be able to travel freely without threat of violence.

Oh, and women are more likely to be raped at home than in public, by boyfriends rather than strangers. So does that mean that women should not (1) date or (2) have a home? After all, they're going where predators specifically hunt.
