Gymbro here, if you need advice you can ask me, losing weight really isn't that hard, the biggest problem will be the loose skin.
To avoid that, you need to loose 2 lbs or less a week, eat healthy food (no bread) and drink plenty of water. You can also hit the gym, you'll have a nice body too. Losing 150 pounds would take like 1.5 years if you lose 2 pounds a week (which is ez pez). Do it for yourself guys, l was a fatass too, now l'm doing pretty good and get a lot of pussy, it bolsts confidence a lot to look good.

At my peak I was 282 or 285, can't remember. Lost 20 of before getting my first job, lost another hundred over the course of the next 1.5 years.

Now I fluctuate between 175 to 195. 190 right now because Winter, but I'm losing by the week.

Gone down to 239 from 282 lbs since June. Don't lose hopes bros, it's doable. I'm still a fat fuck but I feel so much better with exercising and not eating shit, this is the best decision I ever made in my life.

Cut sugar and soda for starters and start eating the stuff in the picture. Count your calories, go sign up for myfitnesspal eat -300 of your daily calorie limit, sign up for a gym and start lifting, use starting strength or stronglifts they're both good for starters. This is what I'm doing with an occasional jogging session when I'm bored.

DOMS will decrease while you get fitter. In the end DOMS will only affect you immediately after your workout and go away 1 hour later.

DOMS for several hours are an indication for somebody that just started lifting.
