11:30 AM - wake up, stumble around turning off alarms and immediately fall back in my bed
1PM-2PM - wake up for real, eat the same thing as yesterday, browse 4chan & internet
3PM - walk my old-ass dog for like 15 minutes at most and resume 4chan
6PM - sneak into kitchen after my parents have left the room and eat the same thing as yesterday, eat in front of computer
7PM - walk dog again, keep on browsing 4chan
11PM - think about doing something else, keep browsing 4chan
12AM - think about doing something else, keep browsing 4chan
>1AM - Play vidya on my PS3, same games as yesterday, watch a bit of youtube while eating late-night snacks
4-5AM - go to bed as my parents are waking up
5-6AM - play a bit of mobile games and watch more youtube, browse 4chan on phone, finally get the shittiest 8-

It's the best IF there's something enjoyable to motivate you. This was easiest in summer when there's lots of outdoor activities to do. Or, when I'd get lost in some project or video game. It sucks when you don't do things and get lost in your thoughts... that's when your mind goes crazy.

I loved and cherished every second of it, but parents eventually made my ugly pathetic ass get a job. My goal is to retire in about 5-7 years and return to those glory days. Wageslavery is true hell.

Basically this. I'm hideous trash from a lower class family that knew I'd never have a wife or kids by age 14. So, it was easy for me to accept my fate and realize I'm going to be alone, so make the most of it.

Quit my recent job about a month and a half ago. Been considered a NEET since then. It's great. I can do anything I want and as long as I don't act like a dick, my parents are cool with it.

Do house work, read, write music, practice it, play some vidya, shitpost, try to find TV shows to enjoy (but TV sucks so I stopped doing that), and pretty much just keep to myself while I make the house look nice.

Yeah. No bills, no worries about debt, no feeling of constant fear that if I don't break my back a certain amount then my house will be taken from me. Very laid-back while I actually do try to get my life started. And that's been failing miserably.
>Are you trying to change?
I'm really in no rush to get a career going. I don't want a family, don't want a big house, don't want a bunch of luxury cars, and I don't give two fucks about being a CEO or anything like that. I'd be cool with a fifth wheel camper and being the manager of some retail store or whatever. But like I said, not in a rush since work here is very picky (wanting college degrees to be a receptionist, 2+ years experience just to be a cashier at a convenience store, etc) and rent for a run down apartment or awful mobile home starts at $1,300, not including utilities.
7/10 NEET life.

I'm one of the happy NEETS, I have a leisurely personality and enjoy usually not having to wake up or be places at certain times, and not spend 8 hours a day most days a week confined to a workplace. So I really do enjoy the freedom from responsibility, and have been very grateful for it/

Well nearly all of the time I am awake at home is spent on the computer. On 4chan, fapping, watching TV, reading news blogs and other such websites, watching videos on youtube, etc etc. That said though I actually go outside almost every day, often for very long walks, and I have a regular yoga practice I have been getting very into.

Well the last 3 years I must have spent $3-4thousand on lottery tickets, believing that this is the one way out to get to enjoy being NEET indefinitely and in financial abundance. I still do feel this way, but the fact that I have been using up my trust fund money at an unsustainable rate and may actually run broke by next year when I request another distribution, has led me to seeking employment. Last week I signed up at a government sponsored employment service, and may go to some programs there, and my shrink also gave me a referral list of a few places that help people with disabilities find employment. I do have mild aspergers and OCD according to him, but the main reason I can't find employment is that I have a large employment gap following a termination, and absolutely no experience, skills or connections.
So I love being NEET, but being poor is worse. Therefore I compromise, I will assert that I will only work 4 days a week, explaining that its better for my own health, and better for business and productivity if employees have a 4 day work week.
What exactly it is I dunno, has to be a job where I move around, not sitting or standing in one place most of my shift. And my dream is still to just fucking win the lotter
I enjoy being a NEET quite a bit. The only thing that would make it better would be to move out of my parent's. Fortunately me and my girl friend are doing just that in January.

Someone becomes NEET when they cease to be employed and/or a student, and are unable and/or unwilling to get employment or continue in school. Also, super richfags who are early retired living off the returns of their multi-million investments are NEETs too.

I have been NEET for various stretches of time in the past.
The best time was when I got fired from my job, but I pretended to keep working so my mother wouldn't throw me out.

Forced NEET here, health failed me and have had infections in my stomach and lungs for the past 3 months, 3 months before this I was actively looking for a job but I'm unemployable. Education before all this.
