Legitimately helped me break out of depression by recognizing mood and personality are the result of habits of negative thinking. You have to stop being such a woe is me pussy and decide what you want out of life. Do you want to find people you share interests with? You have to learn to deal with people you might not want to be friends with too. You have to isolate your insecurities and change them one by one... and if you physically can't change you have to accept them and move one
