I've had an infected ingrown toenail, stuck my hand in a pile of hot sauna rocks, sliced the tip of my finger off and eaten the hottest peppers in the world but the absolute worst pain was when I had a filling fall out of a tooth which wasn't painful at all at first but then I was retarded and ignored it for like 5 years.
Then one day I was chewing gum and I guess it went into my tooth-hole and it sent a jabbing hot pain through my whole fucking face and head.

By the second day I couldn't close my jaw without the pain searing through my nervous system, which meant that I couldn't sleep since if I relaxed my mouth muscles the pain would jolt me awake.
By the third day I had my parents bring me to the dentists and had just THE BEST painkillers & had my tooth pulled a few days after that.
Probably food poisoning. I can't recall the most physical pain, but that was the most "pain" i've been in. Fucking hugging the toilet all night.
I think my vas deferens got tangled but I'm not sure. I was lying in bed when I felt a strangle sensation in my balls then the pain came and I was paralyzed by it. I couldn't sit up, I couldn't even adjust my legs without the pain becoming more excruciating. The pain subsided and I thought I was in the clear but a second wave came, paralyzed in pain and sweating bullets. I don't know what the fuck it was and it never happened again.

Fucking awful. The initial illness and heart OP was bad, the 9 months of chemo was worse. Every two weeks I'd have a session, followed be a week of the worst illness you could imagine. It felt almost like by the time I was better it was time to hop right under the drip again. Doctors were right cunts with anti-nausea medications (heliperidol and xanax were the only things that helped. Even pot didn't help me one bit). By the end I was downing bottles of whiskey before sessions. I doubt I'd do it again.

When I felt like shit for a week and didn't eat.
Then one evening I felt like starving and ate.
What followed was a night of the most intense excruciating pain I had ever experienced. I could do nothing but lay in my bed in fetal position, press my teeth as hard as I could, and forcefully pant.

Three weeks later after several failed attempts of diagnosis it turned out it was appendicitis gone bad and on the very verge of rupturing. They had to remove part of my intestines cause the infection spread and left a huge scar on me.
