just take your time, i took 3h to read a wikipedia page and i strangely feel acomplished, just read and percive the things you read. Truly indulge yourself, with no regards for the outside world or performence, just understand and if not google the words/concepts you dont understand. Thats how you get the shit done eventually, atleast i do. I can read faster but i rarely remember then and get bored and frustated fast. This may not work at a job or school (sorry senpai) but it atleast works. I hope you the best anon.
