i dieted down to 150 before but dieting can't fix your brain so life still sucked

I weighed 96.8kg at the start of the year I have diabetes and wasn't looking after myself I was going to lose limbs in the future, go on dialysis. Life was looking shitty then one day I decided to stop eating so much for the first month I just ate less and lost 3kg then I started writing down everything I ate and now it's July and I weigh 77kg I'm aiming for 68kg since I'm 5'9 I still look a bit overweight but I feel so much better I got off insulin my life has improved I'm still a NEET but I have something to look forward to at least.
