It's a long road, but I'm not in any rush.
My self improvement is more self centered. I try to understand myself, for myself. Trying to figure out why am I thinking various thing in order to troubleshoot them and fix them. One thing I'm working on right now is trying to get sex out of my head without having any (not that I can).
I've been going to the gym the past couple months but haven't been making much progress because of bad routine but this time I'll get it, I think I finally reached the point where I understand how to work out now and I'll be good come September. I've also been reading more often..
