Make some homemade hamburgers, if possible 113g in weight (a quarter of a pound) and fry that shit in whatever way you want. Then get two slices of cheese and the sesame bread, put a slice over the bottom bread, then the hamburger, then another slice of cheese (alternate, like, the edges of them to look qt), then over the second slice add two pickles, ketchup+mustard, as much as you want, then some chopped onion and the top bread.
