Limb lengthening + Arm lengthening will fix up any manlet, and plastic surgery will turn you into Frankenstein's monster. Stick to bone surgery.
The only thing you can do is get a good haircut. If you can also grow a decent beard, do it.
After lifting for 1 year, I got looks everywhere and girls hit on me.
