You should be happy with yourself before you try to make people accept you. Everyone has flaws but if you don't shower regularly, do nothing but masturbate and shitpost all day, make threads about how much you hate women, etc. it's normal for people to not want to be around that.
A lot of people aren't good enough that their opinions should matter to you anyway.
I'm disabled, have insomnia and PTSD, spend most of my time reading/painting/writing music/playing vidya, and some people don't accept me because I don't want to get high/drunk every day and have casual sex. It doesn't matter to me, though I wish they saw things differently for their own benefit.
