I went to the prom.

And then sulked around when people started dancing

I had so many frozen drinks I peed about 5 times in two hours. I sat alone and left early because the girl who was forced to slow-dance with me refused to look me in the eyes and walked away 15 seconds into the slow-dance. Kill me.
You should go to prom, dude. Call up a fat chick that you know for a fact doesn't have a date and ask her. She'll definitely say yes. Just that fact that she was asked will make her entire year. You don't have to have sex with her after. Just use her to feign some semblance of normalcy. Go to the prom, drink your punch and dance like an extra in an 80's movie.
I didn't go to my prom and I've regretted it ever since.

Never went to prom, never went to any kind of school dance, didn't go to the school band's lock-in, didn't even attend the graduation ceremony. Don't regret any of it.
