Pretty good list, I'll check out the ones I haven't seen. I saw 'The Man Who Sleeps' recommended in another thread, do you have any idea where I could watch it? Couldn't find any torrents or streaming.
I'd add Her to this, not completely robot but it has tfw no gf and elements of VR which applies to robots I think. Maybe The Machinist as well?
I'm going through my films and it's surprisingly difficult to find explicitly robot films, most of mine are just sad and strange but not about robots

The Machinist is a contender but it's still pretty low on my list and usually gets bumped off by new movies I get recommended. Maybe if I make an extended Essentials.
