It really depends on what you find aesthetic. Men tend to have more developed musculature making them look more statuesque. Women are more about soft curves and tend to have a more fluid shapely form. Guys also tend to get more obvious results from the work they put into their bodies via physical exertion (in a comparison between two thin individuals). If you prefer the soft feminine shape of a woman, you'll probably find female bodies more aesthetic. If you find defined musculature and sharpness more aesthetic, you'll probably find male bodies more aesthetic. This doesn't necessarily hold much sway over who you're attracted to sexually, it just means that you find those forms to hold a higher degree of physical perfection in your mind.
