turn all lights on to simulate daylight, watch DVDs on heavy 25" CRT TV on floor (actually it's on a piece of wood under a card table)

take melatonin about 2AM
eat a bedtime snack of jello, apple sauce or ice cream - something easy to digest
continue watching DVDs until either dozing off or about 3:30AM
turn off main room overhead light

turn on lamp B
fap if needed underneath warm comforter which makes my dick get hard more easily
sleep with lamp and fan on
