Who here jumble up words when speaking?

Yo. Brain damage from a car crash, so sometimes I mix my words up or forget words. It's pretty common for me to be reduced to gesturing for what I need. I forget the word and my brain just locks me into that, and forgets how to describe what I need vocally. And sometimes my brain kind of detaches from my mouth partway through a sentence and a bunch of unrelated words that make no sense just come out.

I am a clutter and it drives me fucking crazy and im really insecure about talking because I cant make it through more than a few sentences without fucking up.
