Most robots are what they are because of childhood/teen years. That's a set of learned behaviours which can be unlearned over time. The same way you learn to speak a new language. No one is fluent in normie at the start but you learn a few phrases here and there then a year later you're talking about the weather while fucking some 6/10.
Genetics obviously plays in but I don't think all (or even the majority) of robots have actual autism or ADD that can be diagnosed medically. I know in my case there's probably some mild autism but nothing I can't manage, it's just getting over fucked up childhoods and learning new normie habits which takes time.
