What's the best job for a robot who wants to make just enough to live comfortably on his own?
I dunno, but I'm sure it still requires showing up consistently.
I work 20 hours a week at fedex, a union job. That means insurance and guaranteed wage even if you dont work that many hours
With that and working mornings at a coffee shop, I make about 1200 a month. It's just enough to get by in a studio apartment. I don't have a car or smartphone, but I share WiFi with a neighbor I give $20 to a month. I eat well and everything is smooth, no unexpeceted expenses like car maintenance and shit like that.
I have enough time in my day and weekends to wank, read, watch anime, play guitar, paint, and go for bike rides or night walks. Life is quiet and lonely, but I couldn't ask for it any other way.

That sounds pretty nice. As long as you get enough social contact at those jobs that you don't go full outcast

I'm already weird, you can't really fix that. FedEx is more irritating having to deal with the paranoid women who never see me smile and think I'm going to shoot the place up, but the coffee shop is more pleasant when people are nice and not rude. Warm hearted people who smile back and are genuinely nice make me day a lot better and it gives me confidence
I enjoyed my time as a janitor.
>night shift in a nice upscale office
>worked utterly alone excep for my supervisor who would check on me once every 2 weeks and the security guard who I occasionally ran into
>work was perfect balance between mindless and engaging
>since I worked alone I just listened to music, podcasts etc while working
>lots of food lying around usually
>took as many smoke/wank breaks as I wanted
>pulled in about 2 grand a month
