I haven't been able to go to bed without listening to these videos for months. I numb myself with them for hours while awake, playing them in the background where before I would have played music, while reading, browsing the Internet, playing video games, but frequently just while laying in bed. Sometimes I will lay in bed for hours in the morning and in the middle of the day when I get tired again, just laying there without the motivation to get up because the only thing that sufficiently numbs me enough to stop thinking about how much I hate myself for even a moment is audio of girls whispering nice things.

It's funny because I consider all of these girls, from the voice actors in the more professional Japanese audio roleplays to those in more informal improvised western YouTube videos, to be disgusting whores capitalizing on male loneliness, and yet I still let myself be drawn into the fantasies that these help me visualize having the powerful comfort of pure and sweet intimacy.

I no longer get tingles but any time Im on my laptop there is generally ASMR in the background. Cant do male ones though, just like the audio of a female speaking. Its calming.
