X-rays in Photoshop are not magic. If the details are not there, Photoshop can't see them. Use angles that are mostly straight on.

Lightly coloured fabrics work best, especially white.

No bras! There is little chance of it working if a bra is clearly visible or if there is padding/patterns (Bikini's, Sports Bra's etc)

Use photos with good lighting. No filters, overexposed, or dark photos. Results vary with fluorescent colors, and black-and-white photos.

Quality matters. The bigger the picture, the better. This means more details to work with, and ultimately better results.

Shit happens. Sometimes a particular photo won't work for a random reason.
