These look too "tightly knit", it's almost just like painting the bikini in MS paint. The hole distribution/density needs to be more random so you don't see the area where there are suddenly a lot of holes missing, even if that means leaving some of the naked skin covered.

the goal of bubbling is make the subject look naked.
use as few holes as possible, too many holes, or too "busy looking" ruins the effect. keep it simple.
peeping through the holes, plays tricks on the mind, and your brain tries to fill in the void making her appear naked. the "screen" has to be simple, large holes for this to work.
