I can only assume as the previous guy the issue is on your end, pc,browser,security,internet connection because i have downloaded all the folders in zip format and extracted fine.

the only 1 thing i can think of is that you downloaded the files as i was adding more files to the folder in which case try redownloading

Yeah installs fine for me, CS2 license were shutdown and they released a key to use to activate, the downloads are direct from there website as is the key.
