You have to preserve as much of the original body as you can when doing these kinds of shops. You pretty much replaced everything below the neck.
Tits aren't easily salvagable since they're usually mashed out of their natural shape, so I typically start with a cleanup/mastectomy pass. Depending on the image quality, you can use the warp transform to salvage some unique boob texture afterward.
