To do anything at all in photoshop. It could have been to find a cool font for the tattoo on the neck. Or the gold font stuff which...after doing it from scratch myself..I can say that's kind of a bitch. But anything really would have been good. Those appear to be the elements you have in play. I like to put eye movement in but I've got to say yours is believable without it. Selecting the right pics to work from. Right?
Also, I'm going to guess that you're probably using no more than 3-4 frames. That makes it easier to pull off a believable transition from frame to frame. So, again, I love it.
And the 43 frames for Allison? That' just so I could ramp up to the cumshot. To me, that's the real holy grail of shopping...a gif that includes a cumshot that pulls off the effect and looks real. I haven't seen that yet. That's what is compelling to me right now. That's what I'm shooting for.

One last thing, BJF. This animation you did...it's better than any I've ever done. It's really good. I actually saved it a folder I set up for tutorial type stuff Before now, only alpha ever got into that folder.
The more I look at it, your gif is a case study for anyone wanting to do animation. Your frame count is practical...GREATLY increasing the chance of producing a real looking end product.
