Ok I am still writing up the document I will be using (because the other way was shittier), but each of you (and when more join) are your tribe. I will break down the races claimed so far.

The sahaugin tribe
They create their own gods. They are a ferocious race think under water viking in the terms of how they live. although they have not found any one besides the Mycaenae.

The Lizard folk
A nomadic race. They mostly roam the southern desert moving from oasis to oasis.

The Humans
They value wealth more than anything else. A rich man is a happy man is a common saying. They live in a culture in which their elders are venerated however.

The Mycaenae
A fairly peaceful folk with a high breeding rate. However they can only thrive off the the death of other living things making them awkward in diplomatic negotiations.

The Harpies
They may be bird brained but being capable of flight has rendered them amazing explorers. The Harpies can't use regular weapons and tools. and are extremely friendly with the lizard folk. who often help them gather things for a fee of course.

You should begin deciding on how to progress your tribe with this knowledge. The humans know the elves exist but have made no strides in diplomacy so far. The sahaugin and the Mycaenae know of each other but have not spoken to each other.

Turn summaries

The Humans begin to experiment with Martial arts. The Meditation and calmness it brings stirs something within their souls. The agricultural improvement will allow you to hold more people.

The elves begin to use the river to farm their food, this increases the amount of tribe members they can hold. The farmers become the protectors of their land, and use the stone they have found to work better.

The orcs begin to experiment with their long poles feathering their ends with the larges birds they find. They fly straight and true. Their God commands some of them in visions to feed him blood. their scouting party returns successful and with the the knowledge of the surroundings.

The sahaugin they begin to weed out their weaker members, only the strong and fast are allowed to breed. They also develop a writing language to communicate and mark specific areas.

The Lizard folk Bend the desert to their will and raise pieces of the earth itself to them. They encourage their members to be able to travel long distances without stopping increasing their travel speed.
The harpies fawn over the many glass pieces you bring them.

This is an add on to what happened last time I was on and will add the stuff accordingly.

The lizard men have an average year with no particular benefit or detriment to their tribe.

The Humans are attacked by a group of dire rats Killing some of their number. They will have to deal with the rats reducing their maximum food by 5 until they are dealt with.

The Orcs have a beyond beneficial year their god of war has blessed some of them with heightened abilities. They tower over other Orcs and have hides akin to stone. They are called trolls. They are quite dumb however.

Over this year a small harpy happens upon a shiny circle band. When the Harpy places it upon her finger she learns many things about the world. The ring however binds to her finger and she recedes into seclusion for how long no one knows. The other harpies try to bind the earth like they see the lizard folk. But can only muster a slight breeze.

The turn summary

The humans begin to settle all disputes with single combat. These disputes are most usually over the swaths of land they are now using to irrigate their crops. They also handle the dire rats attacking their crops. The newly irrigated crops causes an increase in fertility giving the humans a permanent average birth rate increase by 1.

The lizard folk begin to use the obsidian in basic tools and weapons. This allows them to hunt and kill the giant monitors in the desert more easily, or tame. The running class of people increases even more, those who can keep up with monitors are seen to be the best mates. A large sandstorm roll the the desert preventing the lizard folk from reaching the harpies this year.

The elves begin construction on a wall surrounding their village. The large shale and slate slabs they cut out makes a large wall that keeps children in but not very much else out. The elves begin to venerate the river and the lake for its resources. With the addition of crude vine nets they are able to catch fish in the water now.

The orcs Begin training all of the orcs and trolls in their ranks. Mounted warfare is emphasized and one orc decides that holding large spears and leveling them while charging is an excellent way to battle. The orcs main dueling type is now jousting. They celebrate their recent gains by throwing a giant festival. The orc god blesses them again the orc women breed in litters now doubling the birth and death rate. The worgs they ride seem to grow more intelligent. Those who bind with worgs from an early age can seemingly communicate with them over long distances.

I'll wait for the sahuagin to revise their turn before adding it.

Here is the turn summary

The Sahaugin further their eugenics efforts. Only the fastest and strongest warriors are allowed to breed. The rest of the tribe works on refining their weapons. They change the trident they have previously used into a large hook with a pointed spike. This allows them to drive it into the sides of caves and pull back the rock face. They find precious ores within them, cobalt and platinum. They can't however work with them.
Also i just wanted to make this clear, in your eyes do the sahaugin live under or above water. because they have been living under water in my eyes.

The Mycaenae begin to revere a god of decay and fungal plant life. This god grants them a boon allowing them to have more resilient spores, that can grow on other mushrooms. The Mycaenae begin to farm other plant life like moss, and creepers. This decreases the death rate.

The sahaugin eugenics campaign is still growing strong. The consumption of young seems to strengthen some of the other children. Although that isn't confirmed. The ore mining goes well and they are able to acquire ores in some deep trenches.

The Orcs continue training their warriors, they gain special privileges based on their prowess. They begin to focus on breeding their worgs, and give a worg to every child to grow up with. The non warriors are sent to gather food.

The humans begin monthly fighting tournaments for fun. This is to harden their resolve and provide a ranking for the people, something to strive towards. They begin to meditate channeling the energy within their soul. They unlock a hidden type of magic, spirit magic. They begin to construct a monastery in honor of this new spirit within their souls.

The lizard folk begin to chase down the monitors. They attempt to control or bargain if that is how it could be described. The monitors however are more intelligent than they let on and will take food before jetting off into the desert. They begin to train their earth magic more to enhance their speed and succeed. although they still can't keep up with the monitors. They find a set of ruins in the desert surrounding a dried oasis. A sandy cave is on the edge moist air pours out of it.
