Each numbered region is an electoral district. There are ca. 50 electoral districts, which encompass 22 constituent states. Each district has between 8 and 10 seats in the Reichstag, as well as in their state's council. With more seats, you can make decisions for the Republic or a state.

We want a limited government with economic freedom, conscription at the age of 18 for all males, a return to traditional values to the household, limited European immigration, and strong ties to the United states of America, and an Isolationist view of foreign policies

The Konservativ Nationalister (KN) and the Liberal-Demokratische Partei (LDP) are minor parties who have both won eight candidates in last years election.
But where were they won? Nationwide or in certain states? Do they support autonomy, or even independence for their states or a stronger central government?

Our eight were won in Berlin and Baden and Pots dam. 3 for Berlin, 3 for Baden, 2 for Potsdam
The KN were lagrely successful in the areas around Berlin, mobilising large portions of the middle and upper classes with the promise of low taxes, isolationist foreign policies, and restoring the old Kaiserreich. You have also won several votes in Baden, putting yourself up as staunchly anti-occupation and campaigning for the end of the demilitarized zone.
But many question your policies. What does "more than just German Unification" entail? How will you lower immigration? What about the economy?

To curtail the flow of immigration, we will create a Civilian Force trained by the Military to patrol the border and to man checkpoints. There will be severe punishments for illegal crossings and swift deportation. Any minorities wishing to return to their home country will be granted a amnesty period. We want to hit heavy around Berlin and the Rhine. We want to push Germany for the Germans, low taxes for all, a strong national military, a strong national identity, and a return to traditional values.
And the first elections are being tallied up!
The SPD and Zentrum have formed a coalition, claiming to represent centre-left values, closer ties with France and rebuilding the crippled economy with state-funded jobs.
The small KN party has made great gains in the Rhineland, and is not the largest party in the state of Baden. It will need a partner for secure rule, though. It has also gained movement in the border region of Westposen, which has been hit quite hard be immigration.

GCNDG for short, we will focus on a centre-left platform based on civic nationalism and irredentism. Will be based strongly on grievances from the previous war and will campaign heavily in east-prussia for now.

I want to expand into Potsdam and continue in Berlin. I also want to set up shop in Franken, and push out tax reform there. And another general issue I want to push is the lack of Infrastructure. The KN wants a complete overhaul of the system with millions being employed.

A the year 1923 begins, the new labour policy of the government has started to bear fruit. Unemployment has dipped from 12 to 10%, yet the nation now suffers from a deficit, which it cannot afford due to war reparations. More money is printed to pay the bills.
A new party, the Germanic League for Civic Nationalism, or GLCN for short, has taken root in Bavaria. It is remarkably similar to the new Kn, so similar in fact that one of their MPs had defected to join the new party.
Elections are scheduled in 18 months.

The government´s money-printing policies have gone awry as hyperinflation ravages the economy. The Republic is at the verge of bankruptcy and has suspended paying its debts and reparations. In response, The French have occupied the Ruhr(dark orange).
The SPD's polls are now in freefall, and Zentrum's forner influence in the Rheinland has crumbled. In other news, a small putsch in München has been crushed, and its leader, Adolf Hitler, has been arrested. This has marked the end of the instability in Bavaria.+

And for this election, the GLCN will campaign heavily in the Rhine, and also heavily (but not as heavily) in Bavaria. We will focus on ensuring the rights of farmers like that the Zentrum would, and will go to campaign with a promise of rebuilding the German state into a unified state of production and agriculture that can remake itself into a stable economy.

the elections have happened, and the DVNP seems a shoe-in. The Zentrum praty has disb nded, leading to many local partyies picking up the mantle in Regions such as Mecklenburg and Anhalt. To everyone's surprise, the GLCN carries Württemberg, and now exercises control over the state. The DVNP offers it a seat in its coalition.

It is July of 1925. You sit in your office when one of your party members runs up to you.
"Mecklenburg!" he shouts. "Mecklenburg has declared independence from the Republic!"
Sure enough, he is right. The Free Mecklenburg party has put Mecklenburg and Güstrow into rebellion, threatening war if the Weimar republic does not recognise them nd give them their claimed territory, shown in orange.. Led by the former Crown Prince of Mecklenburg-Schwerin, they have over 30.000 rebels at their side, 5.000 of them Weimar defectors. compared to the Republic's meager 40.000 men.
As the leader of your party and controller of two states, what do you do?

Germany demands unity for the liberties and destinies of the german people! The rebels have a week to lay down their arms. The leaders will be arrested and tried for high treason, and the ordinary folk will have their guns confiscated and be led back home. It is the middle of August, and the Republic has failed to mobilize. While the army has managed to group together a pithy 20.000 men, your party has mobilized 25.000 of its members, along with 10.00 volunteers who share your vision of a Germany unified. They stand before you, the trees behind them looking ever so slightly more yellow than yesterday. Autumn is coming.
News arrive to you the Mecklenburg has its main force occupying their claims in Pomerania, while a contingent of their army has occupied Lübeck. There, a few of your recruiters put up a fuss and have been shot. Where do you go first?

I say we hold the french to international court of some kind. What they have done is unlawful at best and at worst is the fabrication of a casus belli to annex parts of our land for past grievances. As September draws to a close, chaos is on the rise. As the KN militia marches straight into Schwerin, the Mecklenburger armies close in. 9.500 men are on their way from Lübeck, while the main army comes from Rügen, with 20.000 men and 4.000 new conscripts in tow. It seems that a large battle is coming.
The DVNP refuses the "arrogant upstarts'" demands of invading Mecklenburg, and in a public confrontation the Party chairman makes a fool of himself. The GLCN chairman gains considerable respect for this.
Will he follow the KN in raising a militia? And what will the KN do?

The GLCN immediately calls upon all true germans, and anyone who wishes to see a strong united Germany, to join the newly created militia wing corps of the GLCN. They will be known as the "Peoples arm" or "Volks Arm" and will be assisting the allready created militias in beating back the rebels.

Yeah, we'll also try to pull something similar. For the GLCN I want to focus on the Ruhr and Rhine area for now, both policy and campaign wise.
As fighting starts in Schwerin, the GLCN recruits 15.000 men from its ranks. The French, however, say that enough is enough, and demand an immediate end to the war. Mecklenburg would, under these terms, be limited to a standing army of 10.000, and take over 3% of the German war debts. The KN and GLCN must disband their militias immediately.
The chairman of the GLCN is sought after by an Englishman, who claims to want to make a deal with him.

You see, I represent Wickers, an arms manufacturer, and the United Kingdom hasn't been too eager to buy our products as of late. Thus, I come to you. We have enough small arms to equip your entire force with, as well as a dozen tanks we cannot find buyers for. Would you be willing to take them off our hands, for a small price?"
Keep in mind this could be interpreted as a breach of the Versailles agreement, if anyone found out that is.
The KN forces are still holed up in Schwerin, with supplies for three more months. It is the start of October, and the leaves are falling off the trees.

If I can, I'd like to try and cut the enemy into pockets, advancing from the west and Holstein, surrounding groups of enemies in small isolated areas. By this point, by the way, we are employing a schorched earth tactic. Anyone who isn't with us is our foe.

Almost all of the enemy's forces are at Schwerin, with the exception of some small garrisons. And scorching German earth might not make you the most popular with your nationalist men.

Good point. Let's reverse the schorched earth policy, but still be very brutal against the opposing militia. None spared and all that. Employ the tactics previously mention in the Schwerin area instead. (I.e breaking them into smaller pockets and encircling them.)
The KN continues to hole up at Schwerin, with two month's worth of supplies still left.
Meanwhile, the GCLN recruits 3.000 men to go attack the Mecklenburgers in Holstein, while the main army occupies the centre of the country. Their scorched earth tactics, however, have led to many locals banding up against them, with a rebel force of 4000 men standing in their way. Discontent about the policy is also rife within their camps.
The French and the Republic are quiet, perhaps because they don´t know anything, perhaps because they don´t want to do anything.

Although is is Mid-November, and the air is cold and dry, there is less than an inch of snow, and your men still retain full mobility.

With the ragtag forces of the KN holed up in the old fort, the Mecklenburges have made some primitive barricades outside the city, putting their cavalry and, strangely, their militia at the front.. The main GCLN force (name?), with 12 tanks in tow, arrives from the south, while 3.000 well equipped infantrymen approach from the unfortified west.

And we suggest a joint push from both the city and the forts forces, to trap the besiegers. I want to use the tanks as heavy shock units to try and scare as many of the militia off as possible. These are civilians, after all. Then, straight behind the tanks I want organised lines of infantry setting up basis of machine gun fire and moving forward.

The Western force will make a light skirmish advance in the beginning to draw the enemy out, but will remain in a backseat position as reserves unless desperately needed.

I want to go around to the back of the rebels and sandwich them between both armies.
The tanks succeed in scaring off the militia, and the entire division, along with a few hundred infantrymen, scatter. However, the Prince has gathered his cavalry to charge at you tanks. Being 5000 men strong, and your tanks being from 1924, they could wipe out your tanks if nothing is done. Their westernmost infantry division pins down the Volksarm's reserves, while the KN´s infantry is attacked in the east when trying a flanking manouver. Their militia is ready to move, however.

Try to move some men up to flank the cavalry and support the tanks as they advance for charge. Make sure to establish high ground if possible against the horses.
Noble ally, bring your militia in between the enemy cavalry and their eastern infantry divisions to cut them off and create a crossfire for our troops.
Your tanks, aided by infantry, crush the cavalry, killing 3 thousand men. They're now in full retreat and defenseless. The main rebel infantry force, 20.000 men, is now surrounded. Their western force, however, still mercilessly attacks your reserves.

Leave three tanks and about a thousand infantry keeping the chase up on the cavalry. Inflict as many casualties as possible. Get the reserves to fall back around the ridge towards the main forces, and try to use them as a bait to get the enemy to move. Then, use the remainding tanks and infantry that weren't sent on the chase to hit that infantry from the sides.

also, when the battle is over, I want to create a cult of heroism around the deaths of some of our soldiers. I want to make the german people inspired by deeds of extraordinary valor that were accomplished during the battle. The cavalry is nearly crushed, and the enemy infantry takes over 5000 men in losses. 2000 of your militia, however, are killed in the process.

Break of the forces pursuing the cavalry, and use everything we have to force a heavy push on the hard enemy infantry. As usual, go in with tanks first for the fear factor and shock value.

Tired and low on ammunition, the 7000 men of the main infantry surrender. The Crown prince of Mecklenburg is dead, falling off his horse while retreating and crushed beneath one of the Volksarm's tanks. Now you are free to direct your attention to the entrenched western infantry, who have managed to kill some of your militia and, with a concentrated attack on your northern flank, destroy one of your tanks. You'll have to clean that up.
The officers of the remaining infantry offer surrender, as long as they are promised that they are allowed to go home and live there in peace. They will be disarmed first, of course. Do you show mercy towards your fellow Germans? Or do you kill every last one of the traitors? Or perhaps you can give them to the Republic to stand trial?

And they're up, with the KN and GCLN having just enough seats to form a majority coalition. France and Britain condemn your parties, stating that the are ashamed of Germany for electing such wicked people into power. But things are different now. You're in power now. What will you do?

I say we refuse to work with any other govermental parties than our own! They, did not want us before, and now we do not want our policies to be astranged by their squabble
I also want to institue a social wellfare program to ensure that the cityfolk have acess to bread and soup for those that are in need. Then, I want to give govermental grants to anyone who wants to set up industry in the german nation. The most beneficial grants will be to those that engage in the flight or automotive industry. Here is what we'll do. I want to make a deal with France to get back the Ruhr. In exchange for this, we'll allow france the use of a naval base in Pomerania. It is a fine summer day, and some French soldiers are walking in a forest a short way away from the Rhine. Then they notice a man handling what is clearly a British army gun. They move in to confiscate it.

The french soldiers move in to arrest the man, but he is not alone. The arrest quickly turns into a full-on brawl, with 3 Germans dead and over a dozen soldiers on both sides wounded.
The French are understandably not happy with the situation, and accuse you of trying to invade the Rhineland. They threaten military action if you do not remove all soldiers from the Rhineland within 72 hours.
On another note, the campaign you've held has not worked out so well, with many party members claiming it does against the principle of German unity, and alienates many Jews in your country, especially the richest ones, the ones that are the main focus of the question, and your second-biggest donors. It seems that you've put yourself in a bit of a bad spot with that one.

As for the French problem, I want to plaster the fact that the French killed 3 honest and hardworking Germans. I wan't it spread around the entire country and neighboring countries. I am reversing my policy on jews once again. I would like to chalk it up to anti-german sympathies in the party. I will discuss with my ally how to deal with the rhineland crisis.

Anger and resentment towards the French government is at an all, time high, both in Germany and in France. The interstate bill has hit a hitch, namely the lack of funding for it. Paying for it would involve taking on quite a lot of debt, or raising more revenues.

We will have to account for all the needed raw material, but with Greece, the Ruhr back, and the new interstate, it should be enough, if not more than enough, to cover the expense.
The interstate bill finally passes, as well as the Industrial act. They are to be paid for by selling bonds and raffles, to be repaid later with profits form the new Greek markets. However, the low quality of administration and insecurity about winning the war means that the full financing might take up to two years to materialize.
Greece continues to make headway in the war, surrounding Costantinople and capturing the
ancient cities of Nicea, Prusa and Aydin.

The Greeks advance on all fronts, as the Gallipoli front meets up with the German Smyrna front. Over 12.000 Turkish soldiers are encircled by Greek tanks near the town of Balikesir, but in the north the Greeks struggle as the Turkish mobilization bares its teeth, The Greeks call for a mobilization of their own.
Bulgaria has warmed up to you considerably, but will not join the war until it gets a written document recognizing it as the rightful owner of South Dobrudja.

I would like to discuss the possibilities with my ally.
We should either try to talk with Turkey with diplomatic aims. We need to stress to them that the 12 thousand turkish soldiers will all perish unless they give in to Greeces demands.
Then we should discuss the possibility in giving the Bulgarians half of the Rumanian territory they request. We need to stay out of taking places against Romania, though, as they can be important later. If the situation arises between them, then we should maybe consider shifting sides to help Rumania, get them on our side.
Lastly, we need to consider sending in our own armed forces. If the greeks get pushed back then this will be the worst humiliating disaster we have faced so far. I won't send the troops without your agreement, but I highly recommend it.
