Yesterday's test was a sucess, lets do it for real this time
Warmth.Darkness.Heartbeat. Your nerves shoot to life as you gain conciousness, your objective dawns on your mind like the voice of god. You where created as a zerg experiment, the next generation of super predators, with the gift of free will.
"Grow, evolve, become zerg" echoes trough your mind, as your primitive weak eyes look around the green slime, feeding you inside of your spawning pod, it is time to evolve, grow from a simple weak larva to a killing machine.
How will you mutate?

Finally, after so much change and fine evolution, the time has come for the prodigy to rise.
The liquid expands inside the egg,pressing on the membrane untill it erupts, splatteing greenish goo allover the thin layer of creep on the cavern floor, the sack falls on itself.
kneeling in the middle of the pool, a humanoid zerg, not infested but enlightened by the swarm, opens its purple eyes for the first time, taking in the dim light of the cavern.
The terran looking humanoid stands up, skin glistening in birth fluid, looking left and right, it finds itself standing on a ledge overlooking a large undergorund cavern, filled with developing green eggs, looking up it can see the dim light of the sun, shining trough the rock ceiling, so far away.

In the dim light and torugh the thick membranes, the figures inside twitch and convulse, from small larvae to huge ultralisks, some of them look like infants still, while others appear allmost fully grown, but it is impossible to fortell their birth
the cavern feels cool, the rock is cold and warm wind blows from above, a rocky wall leading up to the surface crack

finaly, sweet air, as the prodigy scuttles up to it's feet it can see far and wide
its standing in the middle of a large plain with orange grass, there are grassy hills in the distance, all in hues of orange and yellow, there are lights seen far away and the air smells suspiciously carbon-y
that means one thing, a terran settlement is close, the prodigy can feel the swarm under it's feet, hiding below from discovery by the terrans

soon its visible, its a simple buggy, driving in the prodigy's general direcion

The ride was akwardly silent, as the settlement comes into view, the prodigy can see it is seperated into two distinct districts,
first there are larger metal buildings, with more population located in the center, surrounded by a wall, on the walls are three turrets, each facing their own way, the other part of the settlement are farms located outside the walls, the buggy is headed to one of the farms

The prodigy adapts to the dialect
"My pleassure, son.. i was just out looking for some game to hunt" he pats his rifle in the back "..but it seems no huntin today, you must be starvin' too if you where lost"
the buggy drives down a dirt road towards a medium sized farmhouse made of wood and plastic building material, inluding a robotised greenhouse
there is cattle scent nearby, from a barn

Putting on the pants, the prodigy inspects the property, theres one barn, one greenhouse, a silo, a large plot of farming land surrounding the farmouse area, that's all he could see before entering the house with his new host

The older terran greets his wife in the dining room, one teenage daugter and one small terran male child greet their father too, they
greet the mimiced prodigy politely
the prodigy reacts appropriately and soon they are dining together, the meal goes well untill the terran asks
"Where are you from, boy? You look strong like a bull, where you a marine?"

The prodigy talked about the life of a terran marine, wich ended up infected, letting out that last part, he bluffed his origin story to the family excusing his predicament with a tale of drinking himself into being lost and naked
the family finds it somewhat amused by the last part but they are not suspicious, it seems this place is used to theese marine-related incidents
trough the conversation the prodigy learned that the current settlement is one of many on this world, created as a colonisation effort a few years ago
the meal finishes, as the youths go to sleep the old terran shares alcohol with the prodigy while his spouse cleans after the meal
"So, Johnny (marine's name) , i dont have a guest bedroom but i can offer you my couch to stay untill the mornin', what'dya say?"

a few hours of staring at the ceiling later the breathing pattern of the terrans slowed down, the prodigy rises and slowly walks upstairs,

the wife moans in sleep, about to awaken, the prodigy covers her mouth and drops a thick string of acid on her head, it allmost instantly burns trough her eyes and destroy the brain before she could panic
with the kills sucessfull the prodigy creeps into the children's bedroom, but something is wrong

As the little body goes limp the female wakes up from the neck pop, the prodigy jumps on her in bed and covers her mouth, sliding out his male sexual organ he penetrates the terran and while keeping her struggling body down, thrusts in untill the eggs are laid inside her body, with the next generation of prodigies secure with nutrients he snaps her neck, leaving her body to become the nutrient source for the larva-to-be
The family is dead and eggs are laid, now what?

The need to construct additional meat pylons to feed the offspring motivates the prodigy to take the appearance of the old terran and drive into the heart of the settlement, well atleast to a garage where he was ordered to park by a theartening man in power armor and a ballistic assault rifle, allso known as a Terran marine.
Going on foot, the prodigy arrives to the center of the settlement, there's a small living complex, next to a large terran trade "Shop" building and a medical bay, allso barbed wire gates off a marine barracks, there is lots of terrans moving around, watched by marines

Heading back from the bar that evening bore fruit, the prodigy found out wich sewer locks are broken by rust, it will serve as a good cover in the future
back at the farmhouse the prodigy had as snack of raw meat from the refrigeration unit just before being disturbed by a text meassage noise from the children's room
upon inspection it was the communicator of the teenage girl, on it was a meassage from someone named "Gary" the meassage read that he is worried about the absence of "his girl" in school, and would like to come over to bring her the homework

on top of the stairs gary's father gets stabbed tough the vitals several times with the bony blade before gary comes downstairs

Get every last bit of information you can out of her, neighbors, important officials, base defenses, access codes, her own mannerisms. Then restrain her and egg her. Experimenting with a live host wouldn't be terrible and there should be chain and leather restraints on the farm.

Prodigy itself is less equipped for information gathering, but one of its offsprings could be more devious and cruel.
Prodigy adds to the nest and then cocoons itself, waiting for it's brood to hatch before moving onto exterminating the terrans,

I run Waifu quests, so I can't really give precision for this type, but generally, you're doing great. Keep a balanced schedule, let your players know where to find their updates, and don't overwork yourself.

We can live a happy life, contribute to the social acceptance towards zergs and still gain enough (vegetarian) biomass (and the occasional non-vegetarian genetic material) for the hive! srsly though, we are an infiltrator, but our last actions were not really controlled and we are extremely lucky if we can stay concealed. we need to be better if we want to infiltrate high-tech research facilities or the terran government.
