Mods we have a spammer keep ruining threads on /ic/ and no mods are there AT ALL to clean it up. Please give me an application or something so I can remove the 2 people that's doing this because it's out of control now and because of the lack of moderation they keep getting away with it.
I've been on the board before the sticky was created you can go back on my IP and check what do I need to do to apply?
