Now, as much as I would like a SFW off-topic board, I know that would only make /b/ worse. /b/ is having a really, really hard time with porn and other mostly undesirable content. A worksafe off-topic board would remove what little value /b/ still has.
Then again, I can't really think of a way to "fix" /b/. Threads for made just for porn could be deleted but general nudity and sex could be allowed minimally? But that would be stupid. Thread specific rules and a rule of no "porn dumps" are a really hugbox and immature/messy idea, and they leave a very bad taste in my mouth. Offload all loli/shota and other porn to /trash/? I can't really say. I don't really even look at /b/.
