As someone who regularly browses /qa/ I can confidently say that it needs to be deleted.
No, I'm not making a comment about the people using the board or their opinions or anything.
Meta boards are just never a good thing for this long a period of time. Maybe open /qa/ only during important decisions, or just once a year or something.
