Did mot die?
>>477793
does moot understand moonrunes
>>478032
moot never wanted to learn nip, which I've always found weird.
Like, you're this pasty former weeb who does nothing but travel.
You'd think he'd at least have anki on his phone or something.
/A/
>>477868
Wait, what?
>>478108
He listened.
>>478034
I think moot was never much of an anime fan. He just liked hanging out WITH anime fans, for whatever reason.
>>478113
Moot always struck me as a casual weeb. Had a minor interest in animu, mango and vidya, but not enough to be a full-blown weeb.
>>478113
Same reason skinny bitches keep a hamplanet in tow. By comparison, moot looks shit hot beside your average weeb.

He was a goon, man, and everything he has done on his own completely failed because he is fucking useless. 4chan succeeded because everything related to the site was taken wholesale from what the Japanese already built and we the users kept the site alive when it very nearly died a few times in the beginning.
People who rely entirely on the actions of others in order to succeed in life don't take on long term personal challenged such as learning a language like Japanese. m00t is the epitome of a poser. I mean he works for fucking Google now, completely shitting all over anything he has ever gone up and publicly talked about in respect to creative freedom and anonymity. What a fucking cop-out.

moot is a seal?

His greatest accomplishment was more likely doing nothing until things got worse just enough for the world to take notice of 4chan's hijinks. Yes, I would imagine translating the comments on the Futaba code would be tedious but that's about the hardest actual work he's claim to have done for the site.

People do change from time and I'm sure he's said that he didn't really care if he would live a boring life after 4chan. But you can also say things and not do them or mean them, it's human. What I don't like is that he's used 4chan's notoriety and influence for his own personal gain to get ahead in life, while most of us are still here and bitter like we're entitled to something, but that's the cruelty of life. It is ironic, almost poetic, that he would end up working at Google. But shooting the shit and possibly regurgitating what was parroted about anonymity on irc for well over 15 years sure paid off. Best of luck to him either way, I highly doubt there would be anything else than 4chan he could do with "muh anonymity" that would pay for the rice.
On a final note I just realized after watching the Hiro x Moot niko video that Facebook must've gotten the idea of changing Likes to Emojis from Canv.as' sticker system. No doubt about that.

Just because he didn't enjoy your seasonal moeshit doesn't mean he was casual.
>mfw both moot and hiro is actually outgoing normie
>>481555
they both cross their legs the same way
>>478113
He was a big anime fan around the time the site started but drifted away from anime as the years went on. He even talked about this in his farewell Q&A.
>>481535
That's a picture he saved off /m/ to shitpost with, retard. How fucking new can you get?
