Sorry that the mods don't filter every thread before it is approved to be seen by the public. Also sorry they don't delete post instantaneously as soon as it is posted.
Perhaps make your own chan or subreddit? It would solve many problems that are impossible to fix here. 100+ posts in 30 minutes and are very common in /b/ and /v/. /v/ community needs to improve as a whole as ecchi would be posted anyways with >>>/e/ in existence. Or perhaps when janitor applications appear you can apply? But be careful as /v/ community does not want to be good.
