When did /pol/ get so hueg?
Presidential Race. Probably the best one yet.
>>418304
When it became a successful platform for electronic marketing
>>418309
Also the refugee crisis
/int/ is sounding a lot like /pol/ because of that
>>418309

these are some high stats
>>418315
I'm in San Francisco so I get paid a LOT more.

What the fuck is this shit?
a friend of mine told me that 4Chan was a funny website
the only thing that i see is sensless bullshit that no one laughs at
Tumbrl is cancerous, but at least is funny.

Have you been outside lately? The general population sounds like that. Even my professor went on an anti-immigration rant the other (my class is all white+asian).

Newfags started a trend of telling everyone who offended them to go to /pol/.
Other newfags saw ">>>/pol/" being spammed in response to naughty words and assumed that /pol/ is where the party is at.
Then all the newcomers to /pol/ saw that it has some of the dankest memes on the market and made it their homeboard.
That and the US election and the immigration crisis and stuff.
Safe haven for people to be the huge assholes that they want to be IRL, only they won't get their shit pushed in for saying it here. The whole board is a larger-than-life representation of the random uneducated faggots who are total nobodies in-person. On /pol/ however they feel like they're part of something, and that maybe they aren't so big of bigoted outcasts after all if they're in the company of other people like them. Trump is basically the newest iteration of psuedo-activist shit from 4chan; some people on /pol/ have megalomaniac views that we can put a president in the White House and that we are the ones holding the reins on this. In reality no, there are just a lot of paranoid rednecks out there and they found each other on /pol/.
Also basically they respond to any valid criticism with "muh free speech", which they think is some patriotic deceleration thus that it's the American Way® to do what they do, when in reality this is actually the universal sign that rational adults view as the "a-ha" moment, where you admit you have nothing actually useful or productive to say but want to spout shit anyway. It's exactly the Westboro Baptist Church's defense. If literally your only response is to say "well technically I can say whatever I want here" as your grand excuse, it doesn't actually excuse a single fucking thing you're saying.
>>421032
also >deceleration
decleration
It started with the 2012 election but it didn't really explode until the Zimmerman trial. Being the board for current events (happenings) it was always kind of inevitable it'd eventually get as huge as it has.
>>418304
Is nobody gonna comment on the fact that you said "hueg"? What the fuck is this shit?
>>421055
That's classical /v/ speak. I don't want to call it oldfag but I guess it is. You know, xbox hueg, because the original Xbox was so much physically bigger than ps2/gamecube.
>>421059
And we moved past it because it makes the poster sound like a lolcat.

A giant influx of reddit or went to /pol/ after r/chimpout, r/fatpeoplehate, and r/womenhate got deleted
/pol/ is literally and unironically a bunch of redditors
all these anons itt who have no idea why /pol/ is gaining so much momentum.
>>423082
agreed
>>423144
>/pol/'s just a reddit proxy
Say the groups on reddit

Say the group on /pol/.
The reality of the situation is that they're all the same retards.

Stay assmad libtard.
>>423157
The majority of /pol/ consider the majority of /pol/ retarded.
>>423162
if you believe that unironicly then you are retarded if anything /pol/ is once again becoming a victim of its own success.
inb4 yet another mod purge.
>>423082
Dumbasses like you forget that /pol/'s been around since 2006 and that they've been deleted twice
I like how now instead of being accused of being stormfront they are being accused of being reddit
>>423177
hint: they're a mix of both.
redditors being lead around and "redpilled" by stormfags. what a quality board.
>>423181
quantity has a quality of its own anon.
>>423177
OP was asking for the reason of the recent influx of traffic,I was saying where it was from
>>423182
agreed, that's why /pol/ should be ok with mass muslim immigration :^)

Funny I've seen other boards complain of reddit bullshit
/int/, /tv/, /v/ and /r9k/ are the ones that seem to be reddit infested or in /co/'s case tumblr and those boards have noticed it.
It's no secret that reddit hates /pol/ and /b/ though

If the meme boards are filled with Redditors. then which board has all the real Channers? /a/?
>>423450
the original inhabitants of /a/ are long gone
modern /a/ is just /r/anime with more rulefags
