-/soc/ goes into the >>>/trash/ or >>>/b/ , or literally just a redirect to facebook
-Rotate global moderators every year so the place doesn't get too circlejerk-y

- Allow and encourage /b/ mods to do whatever they want on /b/ (outside of illegal shit).

- Update /b/'s rules to allow manual spamming. It already seems to be (spammed six threads to the image reply limit, not even warned) but the rules say otherwise.
- Frequently change what words are filtered and what they're filtered to and get posts that attempt to bypass them deleted, including pics related.

- Get straight YT rips on flash deleted and have posting blatant ones net you a short ban from posting on /f/.
