Could we double the image limit on /vg/?

Could we double the image limit on /vg/?
>>
Can we delete /vg/?
>>
>>345611
>he wants generals back on /v/

but they already are and they are once again complete cancer
>>
>>345626
Gee, I wonder what game is responsible for that? Certainly not the one in the OP :^)
>>
>>345638
No, FFXIV did, MGSV did, and plenty other shit games as well.
>>
>>345626
The only thing /vg/ is good for is crowd control, both boards are equally terrible and off topic
>>
>>345641
XIV's shitty threads are periodic enough to not be generals.

MGSV: The Phantom Content caused massive butthurt across /v/ when it turned out to be unfinished and mediocre, so there was repeated complaints for weeks and crying about Kojimbo.

Then Undertale releases and it strikes a chord with half of the board and some posters who remember the threads about it a couple years back, and the discussion devolved into crying about it compared to other AAA games and Tumblr shit.

Undertale may not be the complete reason, but it is part of it.
>>
>>345638
>Certainly not the one in the OP
Correct. It was Kripple Sex and Mass Effect that initiated the creation of /vg/.
>>
>>345793
I'm talking about multiple threads discussing a single game daily that should be moved to /vg/ in a general and the mods not deleting the threads like they should, not Katawa Shoujo being responsible for the /vg/ split.

MGSV threads have died down somewhat but Undertale is constantly on /v/ even though there's a general.
>>
>>345823
There's a MGS general too.
And a Fallout general.
And a Witcher general.
And a Smash general.
And fighting/esport generals.
And many others.

These games still get threads on /v/, usually made daily and have done for years before Undertale existed and years after /vg/ was made. /v/ even has the endless drawfag general, but these are apparently okay.

>but those are series with multiple games

And yet threads are made with the intention of discussing only one particular game.

People want to talk about a game that recently came out and you're upset that they're using a board that was created for the sole purpose of doing just that.
>>
What, so furfaggots can spam more porn instead of talking about video games?
no thanks

Why are you even on an imageboard if you don't want people to be able to post images?

Were you one of those people who used dis.4chan.org?
>>
>>345922
Who is that girl?
>>
>>345713
So how long until the next game that makes you miss the Undertale days?
>>
would be nice to /pso2g/ get nuked a few times since 90% of the thread is off-topic shitposting
>>
>>345606
Image Limit should be a percentage of bump limit.
>>
>>345793
You forgot League. There were 2-3 generals up at all times. Dota 2 had a couple as well, and then there was emulation general, and gamedev general, and starcraft general, and diablo general, and jrpg general.

If you made a thread for any game older than 5 years old that wasn't super popular it got pushed off in less than a minute because someone wanted to make League thread #4.

/vg/ was created because /v/ was just generals and games that just came out. You couldn't talk about any older game unless it was a popular one for those growing up because of the thread limit for each board.

She's from a webcomic about RPG world magic being just like computer programming.

Can you take it to www.4chan.org/feedback?

Can you please replace reCAPTCHA?
It breaks constantly making it impossible to post.

Hiro, make a 4chan pass only board, /vip/, an underage free board for mature man like myself.

You can replace it yourself, man. 4chan supports both new style and old style recaptcha.
>>
>>352843
No, those are essentially the same thing, and both constantly broken.
>>
>>352848
But they're not.
>>
>>352851
They are. Both are based on your browsing history and HTTP headers, not your answer.
>>
>>345606
I like your temmie
>>
>>352858
Thanks, I drew it myself and got buttmad when a thread was over the image limit.
>>
>>352680
There should be some setting in /vg/ where you can change the image limit, but I'm not sure what it is.

But you should be able to change it to 300 at the very least.
>>
>>345823
That's cause the /vg/ general is actually pretty shit.
/v/ threads turn out better.
>>
>>352680
Don't do it. Stop listening to random complaints and requests on /qa/ 99% of the time they're terrible ideas.

This just means more image spam Hiro
>>
>>345606
That would only leed to even worse roleplay faggotry and avatarfagging.
Knowing hiro the newfag he has already implemented the new "feature".
>>
Is this a thing? Does hiro randomly post in /qa/ threads? And nobody cares about it?
>>
>>353814
I like to think he selectively posts in /qa/ threads
>>
>>353687
Avatar fagging is already against the rules.

Rulebreakers should break the rules and get banned.
>>
>>345626
Just ban generals site wide, and delete anything that looks starts to look like a general. It's quite easy really. All it requires is staff members that use the site once a day.

Hiro, I'm begging you. Please address the general issue. Please.
