It's been around since the summer, before Hiro. That site archives posts but swaps around the format and claims the content is its own forum, and runs ads to try to make a quick buck.

That's been around for over a year. It's not datamining. It's some guy in Brazil using 4chan posts and then using it to trick advertisers to get ad revenue. There's several variations on that same site logging 4chan posts, some even using avatars from twitter and applying it to posts. So, it's just some scammer trying to trick Google into giving him ad money by acting like the site has a lot of posters. Which is easy because 4chan is all visible and easy to scrape unlike some other forums. And 4chan has a shitload of activity.

You can even tell by the way 4chan converts into "sheeky forums" or whatever the domain name is on the current spinoff site he's using. It's trying to get ad rankings.

He's blatantly ripping posts from the site and attaching random usernames/avatars to them to abuse ad revenue. I think the reason nobody ever stopped him is because nobody gives a shit about it.
