There is no reason to enforce IDs on 4chan. Tripcodes are enabled and that is enough. Not even /soc/ needs forced IDs due to the existence of tripcodes. Boards like /pol/ and /biz/ are FAR more boring and bland with IDs forcing everybody to think twice before making a post.
Forced IDs go against the very spirit of anonymous discussion and neuter 4chan's creativity and vitality. Everybody should be free to have their post judged on its content alone, without having it tied back to their other posts in a thread.
Anonymous posting was what made 4chan great and a leader of internet culture. Let's get rid of IDs and embrace anonymity again.

4chan was made with the intention of being a place to discuss niche topics, with anime being a big major one. There is also more boards dedicated to anime and Japanese shit then there is for anything else. Our current admin is even Japanese, posting anime images and the like is actually encouraged site-wide and the admin has also acknowledged anime is by having word filters added changing shitposting words into Japanese ones

The issue is that most uses of /pol/ pre-flags have given up hope of /pol/ ever being usable again and now the majority of the board is made up of /int/ shitposters attracted to flags and reddit refugees attracted to IDs.
removing flags and IDs would remove the majority of shitposters - sending them scurrying back to /int/ and whatever reddit clones are available - but as it stands the shitposters run the board. We can't rely on majority opinion under these circumstances, admin must act based on logic and respect for 4chan values (anonymity).
