Moderators, can we please add "kill yourself" to the word filter or at least make it a bannable offense?
It's grossly offensive as many people here have lost a loved one or friend to suicide or they themselves may be depressed and in a vulnerable psychological state. I've had multiple instances where a poster told me or someone else to commit suicide. They don't even counter the poster's argument and instead just insult them. If you can't reply without telling someone to kill themselves then you shouldn't be posting here.

Please understand that 4chan has existed for 12 years, and varies between .5 and 2 million visitations per days. There are some rules that are laid out specifically for browsing, while others are culture norms/rules that are set by the board and the site itself.
Instead of being insulted by the culture of the site and the boards, immerse yourself within them to discover their meanings. When someone replies to you, The Original Poster that "OP is a faggot" this is not a homosexual decry that asks for public shaming, but rather stating that your topic goes against board culture, and the opinions stated within the message should be looked over as tripe.
In asking to censor something part of site culture, only proves that you are relatively new to this website, and need to be cultured on how 4chan functions.
We cater to many, and not to the whims of the individual. If you are looking for that treatment, may I recommend a forum that shares like minded individuality importance above all things else.
Perhaps Tumblr or a Facebook group would be more up your alley.
