List of filters that people have to use on a 150+ ip general
He has derailed threads in the past but since the implementation of the filterlist it rarely happens now but he will get baiting the thread until he success at doing it. He harasses the general for not knowing a single spec of information, become a hyponitrite when it comes to rule breaking and then plays the victim after everyone has gotten fed up with his activity. He avatarfags with almost every post with the same avatars over again over again. Firedin can literally spot his trail all the way to December 2015. All because people have him filtered doesn't mean he will stop. He will keep baiting until someone slips up. Absolute cancer.
It starts off by him posting a picture of the "tierlist" | "Frame Guide" (same thing) and his pastebin.
After everyone has disagreed with him for months he would use different ips and bump him pastebin post by pretending to be a new user. He has gotten caught multiple times for samefagging when he didn't change his ip but claim to be brand new to the thread (4chanX has a feature to show if a brand new ip has posted in the thread). This would go on for almost 2 whole threads until he was gone just to appear again in the next fresh thread rebaiting people to reply to his post.

In what way was I at fault for reporting spam?
The person that's pushing that pastebin has broken multiple rules:
Rule #9: He might have gotten banned once for misleading a general duration a thread migration but I think a
mod deleted it after it got sagged. Anyway he modified the op. He has pulled it off before and the results were
him still samefagging but instead of linking to the pastebin post he would just link the op. The reason why
this is bad is because linking the op is for recruitment for warbros: The 4chan clan for warframe, through an
application process. Him spamming" see (reply to op) " doesn't make the process easier.
Rule #10: He probably tries to dodge these filters by making a brand new pastebin link every time he updates
it. He plays it off by saying you can't edit pastebin links even though you can just make an account and edit
them there
Rule #11: [advertising (all forms) is not welcome—this includes any type of referral linking, "offers",
soliciting]
He has claimed multiple times he wants to solicit relies to his pastebin + the pastebin with a brand new url
every time.The list of urls are in the pastebin. Recently he made a pastebin account perm link AFTER the
pastbin admins finally deleted his clone spam from their site.
Rules #12: Mods would actually step one once and awhile after seeing his spam. He they are not around he would
delete his own post saying a moderator did it.
Rule #13: For most of his post he uses the same avatars
*most of his avatars are displayed in the first imgur picture
There is more but in md5 hash form from the pastebin in the ghostbin
This has been going on since mid February and to this day still hasn't stopped
This is the end result of derailed a general when a new thread pops up after the pastebin is posted
It's always the same complains every time. You can also tell by his posting habits as he always refers to the
list in first person and speak casually like that of casual social media sites.
The entire thing is solvable by using a tripcode but he states he wants to be anonymous as he defines his post,

I have not posted it on any other website. I do not make money from it. In fact, I don't receive any benefit from it at all. Many /vg/ threads contain links in their OP to help answer common questions, and last I checked, that never counted as advertising even when their links generate views for for-profit websites.
