ANY thread that is
-not reporting news, with source
-not about discussing history, religion or phylosophy with the OP containing at least one statement with arguements), evidence etc to back it up
-not about politics with the OP making an arguement and backing it up with evidence, sources, logic etc
should earn OP an at least 3 days long ban.
Furthermore. obvious /b/ tier and bait threads, such as those that only consist of an image, a sceencap of some random kikebook / tumblr etc post and some junk in the comment field (/pol/ BTFO and the likes), without any arguements, evidence, reason, sources to back it up should earn people permanent bans.

Remove all E-celeb threads
is X degenerate/redpilled
Those three things would cut down on the amount of shitposting.
