In strictly personal affairs in private situations, the government will not enforce needless restrictions, but a combination of social code and law assures that if you do snort coke while having a massive gay orgy, you do it discretely and treat it as something you should never even consider flaunting like it's anything more than an incredibly guilty pleasure for you alone.
Society is build on integrity, hard work, and mutual respect for your countrymen. Those who are untruthful, lazy, or selfish are considered the lower than dirt.

Death penalty to major crimes.
Drug consumtion is not punishable but dealing drugs is.

Public education also is until 14.
The country can deport any migrant that commits a crime, their family too.

Economically, we analysis every business and decides if they would be beneficial to the nation, workers, economy, morals, and environment. Only industries vital to the nation's functioning are nationalized and organized into corporations (automotive, clothing, technology). Cooperation between corporations, or national-syndicates, are made up of representative bodies of workers and corporate managers who are both required to compromise on things such as wages, benefits, and other relevant matters. The state will decide when no decision can be made internally to assure workers are not exploited; they are not allowed to make decisions that would be deemed unhealthy for the nation, other industries, or the people. Each corporation has a state advised educated council and leader who intervenes only when necessary.
Governmentally, National Socialism recognizes the necessity of good leadership. A nation needs a competent leader chosen, by the people, by merit, not by blood or wealth. With leadership comes the greatest responsibility of the nation's affairs. The leader must take full responsibility for how the nation is doing and will be held accountable accordingly, at the same time, he is held accountable and is in his best interest to lead with integrity, keeping the nation and its people as the highest priority. Under the leader are chosen competent leaders who are knowledgeable in their respective fields. They also must accept full responsibility for what has been entrusted to them and everyone under their leadership. Leaders may have councils of other experts, but the final decision and the responsibility are always in said leader's hands. This is in sharp contrast to the democratic system, where representative bodies decisions and rarely is anyone held accountable (or the right person for that matter). In this way it is in the self interest of every leader to do the best to serve their nation and people, as not to be held in treason.
