Luke Montgomery made an anti-Trump PAC "Deport Racism" and website with an inflammatory video and a $5k bounty for anyone who disrupts Trump on SNL. At the bottom of the page, he linked to Sanders' official website so that people would think the PAC was made by Sanders supporters.
However, we found out that he is actually a Hillary supporter, and he was false-flagging to make Sanders look bad. This was found by looking at the page source and finding multiple references to his Hillary PACs (links to "Bill for first lady" and an unreleased "White House wonder woman" campaign) and looking at Montgomery's FEC filings (shows that he owns both Hillary and Sanders PACs). When this was discovered, he removed the Sanders link.
Furthermore, he was (perhaps still is) adding emails from purchases on Deport Racism to mailing lists for his Hillary PAC, which violates CANSPAM, their privacy policy, and possibly some FEC regulations. This was found when some anon inspected the JSON objects on the shop part of the site and investigated the mailing lists.

Okay, so I've looked into some things.
Deportracism.com uses a shopify cart. We know this to be true. We also know that there's the presence of an API key on the website for Klaviyo, which is an email and data collection platform.
Normally one uses Klaviyo to sign people up for email marketing campaigns. However, this is done through actual 'enter your email' signup widgets that you see all over the internet. Klaviyo takes the form of widgets that are placed on the website that you enter your email into, submit the email, then you GENERALLY get an email confirming that you signed up for this mailing list.
So far, I have not found any place where you can sign up for a mailing list related to Deportracism.com on Deportracism.com. I've only seen the API key that people have been linking. I don't think there's a widget in the website's code that lets you do this.
So why's the Klaviyo library there?
Well, there's a few possible reasons and none of them really help us.
The first is that Klaviyo IS able to be linked into Shopify. However, it's only there for things like collecting referral and metric information -- where you came from, how you found the product you're buying, where you go after you leave, how often you visit the site, etc. The documentation for this integration can be found here:

This suggests that Klaviyo's just there to act as a means through which metrics are tracked for visits, which is normal and not illegal at all.
The second is that it's just a dumb copy paste job, like we originally considered. The Klaviyo analytics.js library is also in there, which is one of the things that is used to listen into peoples data -- but it's all data that is not personally identifying. It's just things like time you visited the site, your general geographic location based on your IP, what browser you were using, etc. Nowhere on the site is there any indication that you're being added to a list.

This actually DOES use the Klaviyo signup functions. I sent in a sockpuppet email and noticed that the mailing list key for this site is different than that of Deportracism.
However, there are a couple of other things. There is a hidden field with the ID 'chkbx'. It's a checkbox. I don't know what it does. Its CSS is set to display:none. When I disable that CSS and re-display it, it's checked. If I un-check it and try to submit another sockpuppet email, the response header contains a different response, but does not contain any indication that I've been subscribed to anything else but this mailing list.
I have yet to receive any kind of confirmation email saying that I've signed up for anything with this sockpuppet email from BillForFirstLady2016.com.
I'm calling this a dead end for now until I get some sort of email from whatever BS newsletter they've got.

Regarding that documentation, it appears that only one email list at a time can be attached to a given Shopify shop. Klaviyo's integration with Shopify doesn't appear to allow you to sign people who use your Shopify shop up for multiple email address lists -- this is illegal and I'm pretty sure if anyone did try to do it, Shopify has their own ways of shitcanning people. I have experience in email marketing. It was never implied that it was assigning these contacts to multiple address lists, but rather that emails collected from each site (Deport and Bill4First) are added into the same Klaviyo account (not necessarily the same list) and therefore accessible by both parties that are supposed to be separate entities.
Whether or not these emails end up in the same list is irrelevant because they can both access the account and authenticate with the keys on their websites.
