Luke Montgomery made an anti-Trump PAC "Deport Racism" and website with an inflammatory video and a $5k bounty for anyone who disrupts Trump on SNL. At the bottom of the page, he linked to Sanders' official website so that people would think the PAC was made by Sanders supporters.
However, we found out that he is actually a Hillary supporter, and he was false-flagging to make Sanders look bad. This was found by looking at the page source and finding multiple references to his Hillary PACs (links to "Bill for first lady" and an unreleased "White House wonder woman" campaign) and looking at Montgomery's FEC filings (shows that he owns both Hillary and Sanders PACs). When this was discovered, he removed the Sanders link.
Furthermore, he was (perhaps still is) adding emails from purchases on Deport Racism to mailing lists for his Hillary PAC, which violates CANSPAM, their privacy policy, and possibly some FEC regulations. This was found when some anon inspected the JSON objects on the shop part of the site and investigated the mailing lists.

I did a bit more research and found that emails are automatically added to the list when entered into the Shopify checkout flow when the customer signs up for the mailing list, no specific call for that field necessary. Klavio is essentially a plugin to Shopfiy (think WordPress)

From the imgur pic, it looks like the list thats subscribed is configured server side. If that's the case, then as long as there's any distinction on the shopify side, I'd expect it to be indeterminable from looking at client side code as to which list people end up in.

For CAN-SPAM, it doesn't matter. You can't share email addresses with another organization unless the subscriber is notified up front and confirms - the notice must be easily accessible and in this case the privacy policy isn't even located in the nav bar or footer.
I think it's safe to say for now that:
1. Both sites are using the same API key and users who choose to join the mailing list.
2. If a user subscribes to the mailing list in either site, their email address is visible to both parties because they can access the same account.

EVERYWHERE it lists that the pac name is actually "Deportracism2016.com PAC"
He's filed like that before, with BillForFirstLady.com
Only thing is, the PAC isn't named that, it's just named Deport Racism. He's trying to throw people off. He's legally required to include his filing number though, so if you root around enough it lists it, which gives you the correct PAC.
But also something interesting, he formed it on September 4th, FOUR MONTHS after he bought the domain name.
Another interesting thing to note, the type of PAC it's registered as means he cannot legally coordinate with any candidate.
