Let's talk conspiracy theories, why is it that whenever someone mentions conspiracy theories, they are instantly dismissed as insane?
Are there really fucking stupid theories?
A shit ton of them yeah, but not a majority of them are stupid.
Let's not forget that a huge number of them have ended of being correct and true.
To say that all conspiracy theories and conspiracy theorists are stupid is to say that all white people are serial killers or autists, a really bad stereotype and generalization based off of a well known minority.
Whenever people go to "debunk" these theories, why do they always choose to "debunk" the easiest and stupidest ones?
That's not to say don't trust the news, but how silly does it sound to say, conspiracy theorist are wrong and the news is 100% right?
Thoughts?
>>
Conspiracies are life itself. It's like nobody grew up in a family.
>>
Also let me give an example.

Someone says to you that 9/11 was an inside job.
You say it wasn't and ask that he give you evidence it was.
He does the usual jet fuel meme and bad argument.
You prove him wrong because that theory doesn't hold up.

Now, does that mean it wasn't inside job, or does that person just not know what the fuck he is talking about?

Another example

You go home and tell your parents something you learned in science class about something to do with the laws of gravity.
Your parents don't believe what you learned is correct, so they ask for proof.
Your teacher is a bad teacher and you didn't pay much attention so your parents pretty much destroy you in this argument.

Does that mean the laws of gravity are incorrect or that someone just wasn't properly informed?
>>
This isn't to say that all conspiracy theories are right, but rather people should keep an open mind and not just refute theories that provide evidence by just dismissing them as crazy.

We only hear about these things rarely and after the fact but if you question present day official narratives you are labelled tinfoil

Then when shit comes out later the righteous anger has died down and those responsible aren't punished properly

The worst part is when people say "they're not capable of these things"

This film series for example, is a compilation of all the arguments to support the inside job theory, and it's well organized and structured, but because of the reputation of the theorist, it will go completely ignored and refuted without and sort counter arguments whatsoever.

Again, I'm not saying they theory is true, but rather people should keep an open mind regarding these things, this is well made and organized to allow for counter claims too.

the whole "conspiracy theorist" label was created as propaganda by the u.s. government during the whole fear of communism era. it's purpose was just what you said, to instantly have people who stray from the narrative we're spoon fed dismissed as crazy.

it was rather effective, but... much like marijuana and the whole "reefer madness" propaganda people are finally starting to wake up. it won't be long beforw their games no longer work.

The games will always work.
Too easy to win when you play both sides.

most of the major conspiracy theories are disinformation spread by intelligence agencies for various reasons

study history of KGB and CIA and you will learn about extensive campaigns of disinformation, literally thousands of well documented fabrications of conspiracy theories, articles planted in the press, forgeries, etc.

there's no reason to believe the same thing isn't happening now especially in the era of internet and social media when it is far easier for foreign intelligence agencies to communicate disinformation directly to target populations

conspiracy theorist dont use logic or sense most of the time. they deny reality to make it fit their feels or because they assume life is not really as "boring" as it seems. it is actually like movies/tv/books/video games worlds are. if you dont agree you are a sheep.
worse of all is when they know just enough scientific words to fool complete plebs to think they have a point.
case in point 9/11.
they just parrot what they heard "jet fuel does not burn hot enough to melt steel! duh insulation n shit" totally disregarding the design of the building to fall in on its self to minimize damage to the surrounding area. the support columns were heavily damaged from the impact. the insulation was was knocked off again due to the impact. the building was basically turned in to a forge with all the air rushing in though the hole and plenty of fuel to burn. when the top floors beams gave way the force of the 20 floors above smashing on to the lower floors that already have structural support damage was the last straw.
>>
>>55236711
When has someone suggested something is a conspiracy without sounding insane? That's why they are dismissed by regular people. Only those who can see past the craziness are more open minded, which is rare with normalfags.

Hi NSA.

i believe 100% without irony that george hickey killed jfk and 45% that sirhan sirhan was a plant
>>
>>55238875
>Plenty of fuel to burn

Okay, you say conspiracy theory is wrong, but this is wrong too.
The official commission states that all the fuel was burned up in the initial impact, and that no remaining fuel caused any damage.
Also the way the the building is designed, there is only 1 column in the center, and trusses connect the walls to the middle column, so your statement doesn't stand up as to why the middle column falls, the walls and floor falling? That would make sense, but not the column.

Also, the argument isn't just for the two towers, remember there were 4 planes not two.

>>55238939
Again, vocal minority, like the video linked earlier in the thread, I really want people to genuinely try to debunk all the evidence brought forth.
>>
>>55239190
"fuel" is not just the jet fuel simp.
it is also the paper/carpet/chemicals/people. fuel for the fire not the plane.

yes you have the idea how it was built good job. now you need to realize that the middle column was the load baring structure and it was heavily damaged from the impact. this is basic architecture issues. houses have load bearing columns as well.
>>
>>55236711
Because 7/10 of conspiracy theories are coverup or disinfo stories.

Once again my friend, NIST has stated in the official commission that none of that had ANY effect.
Office fires did occur, but they stated that did not affect the collapse

Let me ask you this,
Can you explain how a sagging truss weakened by heat could pull and eventually break apart the structure it is attached to, with no external force applied to it?

Pic related is truss.
Trusses didn't melt, they broke

As for the fall speed

Energy can be transformed within the system from motion to physical deformation, but for deformation to begin, velocity must decrease in order for 1 kind of energy to be transformed into the other, no new energy can be added to the system.

Sections should have mutually destroyed each other until all energy dissipated and system comes to a rest.

Newton's third law, equal opposite reaction, two opposing forces will neutralize with each other.
Top section will push on bottom section. They will meet with equal force as they go, and both will demolish each other at same rate. By the time it will crush 15 stories below, the top 15 stories will also be crushed, and at that point nothing will be left to crush.
Tiny chunk cannot crush the stuff below it.

Pic related is what it should look like.

Pic related, right hits ground first right?
No obstacles so it should accelerate(9.8 m/s^2)to freefall speed and maintain it.

Left will need to use it's energy to destroy the structure below, as such left will never achieve freefall speed. The resistance of 80 thousand tons of supporting structure will not cause the building to fall at freefall.
Yet the tower falls at 10-12 seconds.
It cannot accelerate while collapsing, it doesn't happen.
