My redpilling? I was always conservative-leaning, and anti-SJW pages kicked it off for me. I learned that feminism was bullshit, niggers don't owe us anything, and that racism against minorities isn't really a thing. I upped the anti with the Gavin McInnes and Milo types, when any respect for the other side and what they taught was thrown to the wind. Disdain for Plebs on Facebook was also good. Through people referencing it, I discovered /pol/. I got redpilled on blacks in high school, but the alt-right confirmed it for me. The hardest redpill to swallow was the Jews. Their subversive nature became obvious to me when Ben Shapiro when full SJW when he left Breitbart.
