Wrong. The soviets had no chance by themselves. They were a major force and one of the determining factors in the outcome of the war, but not by themselves. Without allied aid, and a double front war, the Soviets stood no chance. Especially not if attacking themselves against entrenched German positions.
Scientifically, Germany was the leading power of the era. I do not know the outcome of the Manhattan project without the aid of German scientists, but I do know that even if both the US and Germany developed nuclear weapons, they wouldn't engage each other. In that situation Germany would be content with Europe and North Africa / Middle East.

Later, if nukes became a factor, the Soviets would simply have to give up on the idea of ever invading and look elsewhere. Parts of China, for instance.

Europe would definitely have been different under Nazi control. How? No idea. Definitely not as it is now, however. I don't know if it would have been for the better or for the worse, in terms of multiculturalism and neo-liberalism, but it definitely wouldn't be what it is now. I am simply assuming that it wouldn't be accepting of non Aryan people / non whites. Might've been worse under Nazi occupation for the non Aryan peoples, but we'll never know.
And Churchill wouldn't matter if Britain started starving. The people would revolt and give in, just to get food. The situation was already dire as it was. Without food aid from the US, Britain would've been in an extreme situation, if not broken completely.
