As for the skinhead faction, it's being organized by the International Keystone Knights of the KKK. Other groups are going to be there, like Creativity, Christian Identity, Aryan Nations, Aryan Strike Force, and a ton of others, but the Klan is the one openly representing and may forbid other factions from using their symbolism too openly.
This is being planned near Hitler's birthday, the hundredth anniversary of the creation of the Klan on top of Stone Mountain, and the first Confederate Memorial Day that's not recognized by the state government (thanks, Dylan Roof.)
Here's their route. The main potential for happening here is in the grounds lot, called Yellow Daisy Lot. They'll be fenced off here, but plan on leaving this area (as per their permit) and marching to the top. They'll be outnumbered by leftists, and have to cross through a crowd of them to start walking. And then they have the entire trail up the mountain for someone to lash out at them.

This map is a little inaccurate, it doesn't show their route after the Yellow Daisy Lot. You can see there's a long ways and a lot of opportunity for 'anti-racists' to fuck with them. The lot is pretty big, and they'll be marching down back along North Gate Rd., to the left of Robert E. Lee Blvd, up around the loop and to the top of the mountain.
Here's the route for the militia. Arrive by this route if you don't want your car photographed in the lot. They're meeting at the main lot which overlooks the mountain, and marching along the road to the large lot near the security building (white one, top right.)
From there they plan on forming a separating barrier between Klansmen and protesters, to try to stop an incident.
There haven't been any protests like this one. There was one where a single Klansman showed up, and people were freaking out. Another where a white guy stomped on a flag, and the neo-Confederates (NOT the militia) pulled their guns out to shoot him. This'll be something else.
More info on the militia; Security Force III%. They have branches from many states, mostly Florida, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, Pennsylvania and a few others. As far as I can tell, the Commanding Officer for this event is Chris Hill.

After I posted pictures of the militia's first monthly rally outside of the CNN building in Atlanta, a group of Anons showed up to their second one. Supposedly they went to gather info and were apprehensive, but left in support. The Militia seems like right-wingers, but when you talk to them it's mostly libertarians and veterans who honestly want smaller government and to prevent riots, which is why they show up (police are often elderly at the park, and lightly armed.)
I know I'm speaking in vague terms, because Anonymous isn't an actual single group, but many groups of it have been very openly pro-militia.

I know the feds and the media are monitoring sites like this prior to the rally, so let me just clarify.
In the early to late nineties, racist militias were very popular. This stems from the Ruby Ridge incident, in which they managed to recruit a lot of his cohorts in the Aryan Nations and The Order. In the years since then, the racial militias died down, and well-established, well-trained and sensible ones are mostly all that's left. I can't speak for Oathkeepers, though - haven't had the opportunity to speak with them.
The Security Force III%, and most other III% militias, are all very sensible. I've seen people come up and call them jackasses, and the commanding officer actually nicely talks with them, and the heckler starts nodding and agreeing.

The Oathkeepers believe that the day is fast approaching where the government will order the military to confiscate guns or declare martial law, or something along those lines. Not so much a fan of them because they're one single group, and they're more conspiracy and right wing oriented.
Three Percenters are better, imo. They're based on the historic figure that in the Revolutionary War, although roughly 1/3 of colonists were against the Crown, only 3% of Americans took up arms against the British. It's based off a law, "10 U.S. Code § 311 - Militia: composition and classes." This law essentially says that everyone who is able-bodied is in the militia. Although Security Force III% is showing at this rally, everyone with a gun who elects to be is a Three Percenter.
That being said, you CAN get some fucking crazies in the Three Percent culture, because there's no requirements to join. They're like Anonymous. A lot of times a force for good, but anyone can join.
They train on private property or gun ranges, and practice survivalism. Rugged individualists and constitutionalists, mostly. Here they show up because they're neo-Confederates and southerners and support the cause of southern pride, but don't want the Klan to fuck it up. They also want to protect police and even counterprotesters.

A carpetbagger was a person, usually a banker, preacher, businessman, or someone with a little money who came down to the south after the Civil War. Land was super cheap and a lot of people had been driven off their farms or to other states, or were lost. Carpetbaggers bought the land up.
The Klan was created by Nathan Bedford Forest to push out capretbaggers. If I remember right, they gained popularity by forcing one of them who was governor to leave the state. After several years, Forest disbanded it.
It was recreated in the great depression when people were losing jobs. They blamed cheap labor from immigrants, and would drive them away to make more jobs for whites. They'd also terrorize blacks into keeping their voices down and not voting. Basically, "Stay indoors, don't disagree with us, or we'll burn you alive."
