There's probably an even greater decline in terms of the White share actual electorate, since Obama and the Democrats have invested a lot into increasing minority turnout.
If you look at Reagan's margin of victory by racial group in 1980 and apply that to this election, Clinton would win every state Obama did and North Carolina.
