It looks like a data stream in the 56.6 kBs range and has been going for an hour, at least which is only used in aerial attacks from the United States. The SKYKING channel (8.992 MHz USB) that normally carries voice transmissions is sending a constant narrow-band signal on its carrier wave.
Listen To - http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/ ( 500, set your XB settings to Low Frequency and open your ports to CW)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=2&v=mgA5wsshJm8 [Open]

According to the CND Channel, multiple reports are claiming the US is going to deliver an airstrikes near the Turkey region if you pay attention to the CND Benx codes. DEFCON has been on CODE BLUE

http://vocaroo.com/i/s17v0SAHK8zg

2nd TACAMO (callsign: SHADO02) just popped up headed northbound from Tinker while Nightwatch is headed Northeast in close proximity. This is the 2nd TACAMO (LINE97) currently airborne, the last seen about 15 min. ago heading in gen. direction of Instanbul, Turkey. This 2nd TACAMO took off some 15 minutes after an E3 Sentry (SNTRY31H) took off from Tinker.

The TACAMO planes used for tactical nukes are showing up but they'll come and go. FWIW, the E6's have generally been flying on the North/South axis all day and in the middle of the country from North Dakota as far south as Oklahoma. Nightwatch (when on radar and airborne) has been flying similarly, sticking to the central U.S. and usually flying longitudinally. The E3's that have been up have been flying somewhat perpendicular as seen here, screen grab approx. 5:50PM EDT; the E6 is seen flying southbound to north of the E3. A second Sentry (E3) is currently flying a racetrack pattern to the East of Columbia, SC; currently heading to Turkey.

Dial in the frequency 8992.00 and switch over to USB.
And then wait.
You can kill the static if it bothers you by turning on the squelch.
But occasionally you'll miss part of a transmission, because the static is more clear than the transmission, and some of the other background stuff that happens.

I just turn it on and get comfy with my /pol/lacks.

it's an old US number station that broadcasts cryptic shit in times of unrest around the world. usually denotes military action being taken. take this, and listen.

http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/

don't expect it to be very active.

so after opening link, enter the numbers "8991.99" in the frequency box. from there, click "USB" under mode and bandwith. then, to the right where it says "waterfall view", click the little box that says "squelch". all of this will tune you into the USAF station
>>
>>81349634
Wait can I get some info on how to listen to this?

Heard I missed some unusual calls. "Bear" and "Lion" I think.

Saw I had a lot of traffic coming to the blog from 4chan. I'm here to help you newbs use SDR if you ave questions.

The situation in Turkey is unusual. I wouldn't worry about nuclear war or anything. Those American nukes are likely very secure.

I'm not an expert on that, though. I can help you navigate SDR, not decide American military policy.

A 5 digit alphanumeric code (42XEYJ STANDBY) is likely a specific station/aircraft. These 18-24 digit long codes are *probably* an Order of the Day to that Station.

"All Stations" calls are *probably* a bulletin alert.

"SKYKING" calls *probably* relate to nuclear command.

Difficult to say. Staying on 8992 will probably be the most likely place to hear US Air Force stuff but I would guess Incirlik is in contact with the Pentagon over encrypted Sat Phones.

I doubt The Buzzer or Russia will be chatty today.
>>
>>81355771
compare loss of 1000 of your own troops and a few 10^9 US$ of hardware to loss or 10 million people and a few 10^12 in material. It's a simple answer. One of many scenarios. But the fail safe. Just prior one of two events would occur including removal of some personnel. The other would be getting planes out. Also it could be a false flag or even a false false flag.
>>
>>81355905

That's rather odd... I have no idea at this time. Never heard anything like that myself.

This whole thing with Incirlik is starting to feel like a John Woo movie.

I think we'd first attempt to jam Turkish AA with Growlers and such and evacuate the base by opening a corridor for flights to move out of.

But again, not an expert in that field.

>>81356752

The Buzzer/UVB-76 is 4625 kHz. Air Force Moscow is 4179 USB, and 8092 is a known aircraft station.

>>
>>81357249

JORN (the Aussie radar) transmits farther at certain times of day than others due to atmospheric conditions so you hear it more often. It's also a powerful transmitter.
>>
>>81357692
something like that but it would be too obvious to open a corridor. they would go out without the corridor partitioned and no prior announcement. they might fly low and no cover. I would think toward Greece. Very tight time table .

4625 is the Russian Buzzer. Technically it is always buzzing, but sometimes because of radio horizon we can't always hear it on 4625. Especially at night. It has only truly gone down for a couple days during 9/11 I think.

it's like a mexican standoff with two Russian generals operating now outside the COC on the side of the pro-US rebels inside Turkey. But the WH has disavowed. And the base leadership is siding with Nato. NK watching very closely too, because perfect time for Nk to move is when US totally tied up on another front. Us military fleets at sea converging top speed to the region since early a.m. GMT today. It's getting very complicated.
