Tough to call, but Flynn is the only one of the batch that wouldn't require tons of spin doctoring to make palatable to swing voters and the hardest to launch character attacks against. That said, his speaking ability is very weak, and would require a lot of coaching to bring up to speed.
Would personally prefer Webb since he covers the same bases as Flynn and spoke well enough to actually be part of televised debates, but that's almost certainly not happening.
Insideranon said in one of his earlier Q&As that Trump wanted someone like Sessions, but that was a while ago and things may have led him to change his priorities there.
